Everything we need for your REAP grant, in one place
This is the easy way to get us everything we need for a successful grant. You'll answer some questions about your project and upload your documents — the form only asks for what applies to you, and you can stop and come back as often as you need.
Take your time
Most clients gather documents over several weeks. Upload what you have today, sign back in when the next utility bill arrives. Nothing is lost in between.
Only what applies to you
A sole proprietor and an LLC need different tax pages. Every project needs a balance sheet, but one at $200,000 or more needs a good deal more financial paperwork than a smaller one. You'll only be asked for yours.
Two things worth knowing before you start
- The biggest item is utility bills — twelve months from before your project and twelve from after, every page of every month. Start gathering the earlier ones now; they hold up more packets than everything else combined.
- USDA changed the REAP rules in October 2026. The timing of when a project must be built, paid for and applied for is no longer what it was in previous years. Whatever stage you're at, talk to us before you commit to anything.
